The focus of our October event is the important issue of ensuring that Marketing & Business Development (M&BD) teams are positioned, oriented, operating and treated as internal and external consultants and advisors, bringing ever greater levels of ‘value’ to their firms. A distinguished panel of experts – including John Morris from Smith & Williamson and Eddie Bowman from Simmons & Simmons – will share their experiences and debate some of the ways to move the M&BD function – and the professionals which comprise it – from just ‘doing’ to ‘driving’.
